This notice covers the pilot website and accounts; each treating provider's clinical obligations and privacy information must be established before real clinical services open.
2. Information and purposes
We process the name, email address, language and profile information you provide, account roles and invitations, booking/test records, policy acceptance and security events. We use these to administer the requested account and workflows, verify authorized access, provide support and investigate misuse. Medical test scenarios should use synthetic information during this phase. Contact us before submitting genuine medical information.
3. Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies a stable account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information. We request only openid, email and profile access. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files, and do not retain Google's provider access or refresh tokens. You can also use the separately available password method where enabled.
4. Recipients and access
Access follows the active account role and authorized task. Providers and partners receive only authorized task information. Infrastructure suppliers include Contabo for hosting, Cloudflare for web traffic protection and Google if you choose Google sign-in. Backblaze stores encrypted backup objects. Email delivery providers receive contact and account-message information when configured; account emails contain no clinical record content. We do not sell account information.
5. Security and essential storage
We use encrypted web connections, restricted account/database access, hashed passwords and reset tokens, and multi-factor authentication for administration. Essential cookies keep your session and sign-in attempt secure; local browser storage remembers language and account-interface preferences. The pilot does not use advertising cookies or record consultation calls by default. No security measure provides an absolute guarantee.
6. Retention and locations
Account and test records are retained while needed to operate the pilot, respond to your requests or resolve security incidents and legal obligations. Recovery and verification links expire automatically. Immutable backup objects are retained for their configured 30-day protection period and cannot be individually erased before that period ends. Infrastructure and identity suppliers may process data in different countries. A market-specific notice and required transfer arrangements must be established before real clinical care opens in that market.
7. Choices and requests
Contact +249 912 322 148 to request access, correction, export or deletion of your pilot account information, or to withdraw a sharing permission. We verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Applicable law may also provide rights to restriction, objection, portability and a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority. A required clinical/legal record may need retention even after account closure. Optional sharing can be withdrawn without changing earlier lawful use.
8. Notice updates
This notice is version pilot-2026-10-04-v1, effective 4 October 2026. Changes to recipients, purposes or the pilot's clinical scope will be described in an updated notice before the changed processing starts. Policy acceptance is recorded against the exact displayed version; accepting account terms does not replace a separate health-record sharing authorization.

2. المعلومات وأغراض استخدامها

3. الدخول باستخدام Google
عند اختيار الدخول باستخدام Google، تزودنا Google بمعرّف حساب ثابت وبريد موثّق ومعلومات أساسية عن الملف. نطلب صلاحيات openid وemail وprofile فقط. لا نطلب الوصول إلى رسائل Gmail أو ملفات Google Drive، ولا نحتفظ برموز الوصول أو التحديث الخاصة بـ Google. يمكن استخدام كلمة المرور بصورة مستقلة عندما تكون هذه الوسيلة مفعّلة.
4. الجهات المستقبلة والوصول
يتبع الوصول دور الحساب النشط والمهمة المصرح بها. يتلقى مقدمو الرعاية والشركاء معلومات المهمة المصرح بها فقط. تشمل خدمات البنية التحتية Contabo للاستضافة وCloudflare لحماية حركة الموقع وGoogle عند اختيار الدخول بها. تخزن Backblaze نسخًا احتياطية مشفرة. تتلقى جهة إرسال البريد معلومات التواصل ورسائل الحساب عند تهيئتها؛ ولا تحتوي رسائل الحساب على محتوى السجل السريري. لا نبيع معلومات الحسابات.
5. الأمان والتخزين الأساسي
نستخدم اتصالات مشفرة وضوابط للوصول إلى الحساب وقاعدة البيانات وكلمات مرور ورموز استرداد مجزّأة، مع تحقق متعدد العوامل للإدارة. تحافظ ملفات الارتباط الأساسية على أمان الجلسة ومحاولة الدخول؛ ويتذكر التخزين المحلي اللغة وتفضيلات الواجهة. لا تستخدم المرحلة التجريبية ملفات ارتباط إعلانية ولا تسجل مكالمات الاستشارة افتراضيًا. لا يوفر أي إجراء أمني ضمانًا مطلقًا.
6. الاحتفاظ ومواقع المعالجة
تُحتفظ بيانات الحساب والاختبار طالما كانت لازمة لتشغيل المرحلة التجريبية أو الاستجابة لطلباتك أو معالجة الحوادث الأمنية والالتزامات القانونية. تنتهي روابط الاسترداد والتحقق تلقائيًا. تُحتفظ عناصر النسخ الاحتياطية غير القابلة للتغيير خلال فترة الحماية المحددة بـ 30 يومًا، ولا يمكن حذفها منفردة قبل انتهائها. قد تعالج جهات الاستضافة والهوية البيانات في بلدان مختلفة. يجب تحديد إشعار السوق وترتيبات النقل المطلوبة قبل فتح الرعاية السريرية الفعلية فيه.
7. خياراتك وطلباتك
اتصل على +249 912 322 148 لطلب الاطلاع على معلومات حسابك التجريبي أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها، أو لسحب إذن مشاركة. نتحقق من الهوية والصلاحية قبل تنفيذ الطلب. قد يمنح القانون المطبق أيضًا حقوق التقييد والاعتراض وقابلية نقل البيانات وتقديم شكوى للجهة الرقابية المختصة. قد يلزم الاحتفاظ بسجل سريري أو قانوني مطلوب بعد إغلاق الحساب. يمكن سحب المشاركة الاختيارية دون تغيير الاستخدام المشروع السابق.
8. تحديثات الإشعار
هذا الإشعار بالإصدار pilot-2026-10-04-v1، الساري من 4 أكتوبر 2026. تُوضح التغييرات في الجهات المستقبلة أو الأغراض أو النطاق السريري بإشعار محدث قبل بدء المعالجة الجديدة. تُسجل الموافقة على الإصدار المعروض بالتحديد؛ ولا تُغني الموافقة على شروط الحساب عن إذن مستقل لمشاركة السجل الصحي.
